“We have worked with many different photographers over the past 10 years but we have found 'the one'.  Terri is everything you look for in a photographer - she is patient, creative, great with kids & she delivers exactly what she says she is going to, whether that be your gallery on time or an image you have in your head brought to life.  She is natural at capturing those beautiful, candid moments & she makes every session feel relaxed.“

"We are so lucky to have had you take our family pictures for the past 5 years.  You truly bring out the best in us.  Every time we meet I find myself laughing louder and harder at the fun that we have!  I keep thinking how can this get any better but every time is SO much fun!"

FAQ

Will you help us pose?

Absolutely - but not in a stiff,  way.  I'll gently guide you into natural moments of connections so you feel relaxed and look like yourselves.  Think less 'smile at the camera' and more 'let's go explore.'

What if my kids don't cooperate?

Don't worry - I've got you.  As a mom and experienced family photographer, I come prepared with patience, play, and a few tricks up my sleeve.   Your job is to show up and love on your family - I'll take care of the rest.

What locations do you shoot?

I am a Port Moody based family photographer specializing in outdoor adventure sessions for playful, connected families.  I photography at Rocky Point, Shoreline Trail, Old Mill Site, Old Orchard and more.  Think forest trails, coastal beaches, or grassy meadows.  I also love in-home lifestyle sessions if that's more your vibe!

FAQ

How long does a typical photo session last?

Adventure sessions usually last 60-90 minutes, giving us time to explore, play, and capture authentic moments without feeling rushed.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

You will get your full gallery within 2-3 weeks of your session.  I also send a few sneak peeks within a few days.

How do you keep kids engaged during the session?

Play is my secret weapon!  I use games, movement, and natural prompts to keep kids curious and having fun.  We'll explore, run, climb etc.
